Brain & Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund
In November 1998, Georgia voters overwhelmingly approved (73%) a constitutional amendment to create a Trust Fund for brain and spinal injuries, paid for by a surcharge on drunk driving fines. Funds are available to qualified applicants with acquired brain and spinal cord injury. If approved, funds do not have to be paid back. Click here to download guidelines for trust fund.
