Workshops

OT / PT Training

Therapists play an important role in preparing farmers and ranchers to return home after an accident. AgrAbility in Georgia offers an interactive and informative workshop that prepares you to better serve the farming population. Participants receive 8.33 contact hours / .8 CEU credits.

About the Primary Workshop Trainer

The workshops are lead by Dr. Therese Willkomm. She is currently Director of the New Hampshire Assistive Technology Program and Clinical Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at the University of New Hampshire.  She holds a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Technology from the University of Pittsburgh and has over 24 years experience in providing/managing assistive technology services.  

She has received numerous national awards, presented over 400 workshops in 38 states, five foreign counties, and three U.S. Territories; and has authored 22 publications.

Requirements to have a training at your organization

• A minimum group of 20 therapists
• Charge of $35 per person (Payable in advance of training)
